I haven't had mine yet. I've obviously read puberty books and that stuff but I want to know out of the mouths of people like things not published in books! Thanks! Oh yeah, and this shouldn't be reported because it has to do with women's health!

It is a total pain in the you know what! I get wicked cramps when I have my period! Some women also suffer from headaches, backaches, fatigue and muscle soreness. Other than all this, its not that bad. Its just 3-5 days of wearing pads or tampons. And I also crave chocolate really badly!lol! Hope I could help!

Its not fun but its not the end of the world like some people make out. If you really have questions talk to your mom not strangers on the internet. Most people will try to be cute and may give you bad advice

Well periods for me were totally different when I wasn on birth control. When on them I barely cramped and I always knew when they were coming. Now that I'm off I have irregular periods, meaning I don't know when they're coming. When they are about to come I cramp and have diarrhea that night before.

It's not a pleasant thing. You get to wear tampons for 5-7 days, you get cramps, bloating, acne and you can be tired or grumpy. And of course you crave all the food that's not good for you! LOL... enjoy your life now.. BEFORE you get it!

It drips, it feels like these's fluid/discharge everywhere, causes shitty moods & PMS.
Also, abdominal cramping.
