Apple's new iphone will be hitting the market soon who will provide wireless service for the phone at first, cingular, verizon, sprint?

Only Cingular (Now AT&T) in the US and verizon and Sprint use CDMA not GSM so never until or if they ever come out with one based on CDMA technology.

If you can get one unlocked you may be able to use on T-Mobile

Cingular is the exclusive carrier for the iPhone. not Sprint or Verizon, etc....
