I hate the assumption that there is no dignity in being a sex trade worker. Many people do get involved in the sex trade because they need money, but also see it as a viable career choice for themselves. There's a large market for it, and it ropes in a lot of money. There are definitely risks, but it's still a job. I'm sure it's not the first pick on the list, but we shouldn't always assume a sex trade worker has no dignity. That said, many others are forced into the sex trade as a last resort, and I totally acknowledge that. I don't mean to sugarcoat the sex trade.
As to whether or not I would, I don't think I could picture myself in any form of 'sex trade worker'. I suppose you never really plan on becoming one until you're in a situation where you have to choose.

I used to sell myself in West Hollywood when I was younger. The hustling is pretty much all gone from there now. I did it for kicks and really never needed the money since my parents were pretty loaded in that department. 50 dollars a head was the going rate for me. I don;t do it anymore and haven't in years.

I would rather live poor. No amount of money would be worth to sell my body, that's just how I'd personally feel.

That would suck. I honestly don't know. But in the long run, it would get me nowhere in life, because you can't get rich (well, not usually) by selling yourself. Even if you did, you'd eventually have to pay the med bills for diseases and possibly therapy because of a crashed self esteem.
So basically, no, I wouldn't.

sell yourself means prostitution??? Why are you "selling yourself" when you go to bed with someone just for the money???
because you do something "you dont want to do for the money"?
i work 8 hours just for the money, does it mean i sell myself?
