How do u convince a basketball team to believe in themselves nobody does they all think they suck then they lose this is for a friend of mine he wants them to win the playoffs. alot of coaches wouldnt care but he loves his team what should i tell him?

hes not negative he wants his team to believe they can win i think there only half lidtening cause they r gettin better.

tell him stop being negative think positive
