Well, before making a decision, I’d have to compare the various rules for each one.
Definitely not a zombie. Zombies are empty shells, devoid of any kind of thought. All that's left of them is their slowly decaying body and the instinct to eat.
Werewolves are better, but not by much. You pretty much get to keep your humanity, except for maybe a hunger for medium rare steak. But once a month you turn into the werewolf and kill every living thing in sight. According to other “werewolf rules”, you can control when you transform, and even keep your senses, but I believe in a more traditional werewolf. All and all, I’d say no.
The vampire, however, gets my vote. You lose more of your humanity as a vamp then you do as a werewolf, but less than a zombie does. You are still in complete control of yourself, and all of your physical abilities and senses are increased. Sure, you can’t walk in the sun anymore, and never go to church again, but I can live with that. Although there are more “rules” for the vampire than the other two, so I’d have to figure out what kind of vamp I’d become before I turned. But even if I didn't have the time, I'd still go vamp.
And yes, no mummies. Mummies suck. HARD.

Vampire, or, yeah, hybrid lycan-vamp like in Underworld. Zombies are led by zombie masters and I'd rather rest in peace. However, zombies can sometimes be un-zombiefied (at least, according to Faces in the Smoke), so that might be a good option if somebody can break me out of my zombie stupor.
Werewolf--are you kidding? I have enough body hair as it is. Can you imagine how many razors and wax strips I'd go through? It would drive me nuts.

Vampires are much better because they still look human, so you could blend in when you wanted to, and vampires are always connected to romance (even though they end in the partner being bitten), so they are just better.

zombies and werewolfs just don't seem to realize what is going on most of the time...they just seem to have to accept their fate, where as vampires seem to know exactly what they want, how to get it, and are quite focused.

I'd want to be a werewolf, but only if I turned completely into a wolf at night and didn't have to kill people. I just want to run free and fast and do wolf-y stuff!
