Is it more difficult to level in Burning Crusade for World of Warcraft?

I've been playing Burning Crusade as soon as it came out this week, and I'm still only halfway to level 61 after starting at level 60... do you think it's more difficult to level? Or are the lags and server crashes slowing everything down now?

Look at how many Experience points are needed to level. It takes about 500,000 points to get from 60 to 61 (it only required about 200,000 to get from 59 to 60)

It is designed to NOT be easy to level.

people say that lvling from 60-70 is the same as 1-60
