Having a cooking party! That's what I did! Have one of your relatives/close friends who luvs to cook come over, and teach y'all how to cook! It's simple, fun, filling, and pretty cheap if you ask me!

Buy a bunch of cheap nail polish, paint your toes, eat pizza, and watch some movies. I'd start with 13 going on 30, then add in 13 ghosts or Friday the 13th. :)

When I was 13 or so, I did movie nights. My parents would rent 4 or 5 movies that my friends and i had been dying to see, get a bunch of popcorn and candy and sodas and my friends and I would stay up all night watching movies.

try watching movies.make see who can build a card house the fastest try picking teams try playing a big game of dominos. Try making up funny games use you imagination! Ask your family members about fun games they used to play at parties. my sister had a big pillow fight. they popped poppcorn and watched movies so but if you have only 50 try bying some cheap board games that are fun like candy land or monopoly. well, i turned 13 june 28, 2006, and i think you should go to the movies or rent a good movie. DEFINENTLY play truth or dare, and just act crazy. Its your birthday, act a little wild!!!

Have each of your guests bring a nightgown, PJ's, etc. Put them all in a covered basket, so no one can see what is in it. draw straws to see who picks first. Each person picks out an outfit to sleep in for the night.
You can be as sexy as you want to be, or not at all.
