Some drugstores like Walgreens carry glycerine & rosewater in non-glamorous bottles for cheap.

It's very moisturizing. I think some of the pricier firms like Crabtree & Evelyn and Bath & Bodyworks are now doing entire rosewater lines, but that seems to be mainly for bodycare

I think you can make rosewater by soaking roses in water for a certain amount of time, then draining it. Directions:

You can even make it yourself. You might check the healthfood stores where they sell rosewater or purchase a rose essential oil.

Its a destilated from roses and water, its VERY good for skin not only face, try it on neck. You can find it in any pharmacy even Walmart.

rose water is a strong smelling clear liqid that doe sindeed clear some forms of acne. I had previously used it and i rate it highly.
