Yea he's definitely dead or Jack wouldn't have reacted the way he did. Plus the 24 website lists Curtis as deceased.

He was shot in the neck. And given that EMS would be overwhelmed with dealing with the nuke, doubtful he would get 1st class treatment if he were in really bad shape. But they didn't explicitly say he was dead, but in 24 hours it's doubtful he can recuperate from a neck shot.

Yep, he's toast. Unfortunately, given how 24 usually goes, he will have died for nothing, because I believe it will turn out that Assad is involved with all of the terrorist activity after all.

YES i believe he is , i was shocked to see that Jack shot him but i had heard he was going to kill one of his friends, but i didn't know who it was going to be , i was so sad for Jack i almost cried myself, lol. But he was shot in the neck and did you see all that blood then he did close his eyes then i knew he was dead. I CAN'T wait until i see more of 24!! THANKS

yes....unfortunately...he was shot in the neck after all...gosh i hope i didn't spoil it for you...but then you did ask so...yeah..
and plus Jack got sick and started puking everywhere...so yeah that can only mean that he actually shot and killed curtis
there are plenty of videos on youtube if you didn't actually see it...just search 24 spoilers or something like that
