Seeing as she doesn't wear it normally, it needs to be put on lightly, because she will feel too uncomfortable wearing all that heavy make-up. Get a pro in to come and help with the colourings a few days before the wedding, to sort it all out otherwise it could be rushed and look kinda weird.
Good Luck!

Wear natural makeup!
The bride needs to visit a department store and get a makeover. Let them know what the colors are and what the goal is. They'll be able to help her choose colors and a look that's right.
It might cost a little money, but it's worth it!

MAC is really good and has many shades in everything. Typically make up for a bride should be very light and natural, bring out her natural beauty so don't do overboard. Try to focus on one feature. Also, MAC has very good trained artists.

use light browns...i wear em every time i wear red! cause there is no way i am going to apply red eyeshadow..a BIG no no!!
since u dont usually wear makeup...browns are natural and look good on anyone...it will definately enhance your natural beauty without being OVER THE TOP! and u really wanna avoid that on ur wedding day...and not look like a clown in all ur pictures! :)

MINIMAL MAKEUP IS KEY at a wedding! you dont want to look back in 10 years and go OH GAHD! Dont do red lipstick if your fair, do something soft and natural... the same applies with your eyes,,, try some simple golden taupe hues that will make your eyes shine instead of masking them in color. It wont clash with your colors, I promise...

my cousin doesn't wear much make-up either, but I got her to try this stuff and she absolutely loves it! it is great...feels like nothing and gives a smooth, even skin tone and a soft finish for pictures:
http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=146269&catid=40&cmbProdBrandFilter=44834&brand=44834&trx=PLST-0-BRAND&trxp1=40&trxp2=146269&trxp3=1&trxp4=0&btrx=BUY-PLST-0-BRAND
you can also get it at CVS or walmart...be careful to choose the Transluscent & not the bronzer :) (i did that once!)
they look the same unless you read the package carefully
pair with a blush, i like dusty rose from target...and a light lip stick that doesn't feel like a lip stick if she's not used to it...maybe something like a lip gloss...my favorite is dr. pepper chapstick! reddish tint but feels like chapstick! bonne belle makes some cool glosses that don't feel like makeup...i love the vitamin gloss!!...good luck and congrats to your friend!~

Just enough to highlight her beautiful eyes and lips, maybe a little blush. She does want to look beautiful for her husband after all.:)
