1) Bush will take action. That's just the way he is.
2) Americans are tougher than people think. We've handled attacks & disasters before & will handle them again. The only thing that we as a nation lack is patience.

I am a Filipino, None-United States, I have not forgotten 9-11. I was in USA when that happened. The terrorism attack will never be forgotten, it is a turning point in history that change democracy, counter terrorism ideals, aviation, travel, and of course the perception of war. We hope and pray that their wont be another attack, too much lives are lost, the people who are affected have suffered enough.

There is nothing we can do to "fight the terror". We need to stay alert and be smart, but this is not some war we can win.

The government has used what happened on 9/11 as a scare tactic to get you go to agree with them no matter what.

"Have the people of the NON-United States forgotten 9/11?...

.. you mean like the majority of American people have forgotten that UK/NATO troops are there in AFGHANISTAN in a fighting role helping US troops at George W Bushs' express request (the majority of whom were then withdrawn from the REAL SOURCE of this "war on terrorism" in AFGHANISTAN and re-deployed to Iraq) leaving UK/NATO troops grossly under-manned and under-resourced to sort out the REAL SOURCE of the REAL problem in AFGHANISTAN?...(knowing that George W Bush is sending 21,000 "surge troops" to Iraq !!! )

Hmmmmmm !!

Might it not have been a better idea to have sent at least 40% of those surge troops back to AFGHANISTAN - a more Just conflict and the reason UK/NATO troops were sent there to help US forces?

People haven't forgotten - how can they - with a daily reminder in all media outlets... but, as in death, people find they CAN move on and pick up the pieces of thier lives - with a better appreciation of what each day has to offer.

My advice - Move on and stop wasting your life. Appreciate what you have, and appreciate what those young men and women returning home in body bags have given you - thier own life in order for you to LIVE yours.

DO NO ABUSE THAT SELFLESS GENEROSITY.

If you do, be very ashamed of yourself.

Well the problem is...we had all this goodwill from the entire world after 9/11, the nBush went off on Iraq and insulted and alienated everyone...

read some Noam Chomsky, and your mind will be blown on this whole issue.

That wasn't the 1st act of terrorism in our country and it definitely won't be the last. The American people want to become an ostrich so they can bury their heads in the sand.
