well I think flash websites are really good and easy enough to make if you have the software.
you will need flash macromedia software, and dreamweaver macromedia software for 3d objects and freehand macromedia for custom making your own buttons etc...
I think starting off with a pen and paper and just draw out your layouts and designs and how many pages is a good start.
if you have no idea what to do,then maybe pay someone to make you one.

Good and easy are diametrically opposed. There are plenty of ways to make easy sites (MySpace, GeoCities/Yahoo) but they will rarely, if ever, be good. Good sites require understanding the underlying technologies, design principles, and how to put them to use. It also understands how to effectively design for your market and create an appropriate web experience for your visitors based on your content theme.
