portableapps help?

i have deleted eveything of portableapps.com but the usb still displays the portableapps logo instead of a USB in my pc and instead of being usb 2.0 the divice is detected as Portableapps. how can i restore it to default

Format it and thanks for letting me know that it does that. I have it on my thumb drive.
