Disinterest is the best revenge. He is looking to get you riled up. When he does, he wins, he owns you.

No matter how angry don't start messing with SSN's. Why take his bait? It will escalate and someone could really get hurt. At best, it will run up legal fees. Instead of giving money to the lawyers, take your wife and kids away for a nice weekend or treat them to a special day in another town. Just get away from the situation, enjoy your family, and encourage your wife to cool off.

The choice is really yours: Escalating nastiness costing a lot more money, or a special family day where you and your wife let the kids know you love them .

Revenge? Don't mess with SSN. Just white page his name and find the same name cross country. Make sure you wear gloves and fill out a change of address form. That way all his mail will get forwarded to the other guys home. It would take quite a while for him to figure it out. And to get it back to the way it should be, well good luck for him.

Do NOT use that person's social security number. It is very illegal, and not worth the trouble. This guy sounds like a jerk; don't drop to his level. Realize that only an emotional child would pull a stunt like that, and live your life. That is the best revenge. Good luck and God bless.

I'd stay away from the whole s.s.n. It would get you into more trouble than it's worth. The next time you see him pretend that you've got the ultimate revenge set up and you can't wait till it goes through. After a while he wont be able to even go to sleep without checking all of his locks and windows. Basically, let him be his own worst enemy.

do you have proof that he did it ...i mean solid proof ..if so call a lawyer and see if there is something that could be done to him legally.. if not wait and bind your time and when it is right then turn him in... like when he has a warrant on him or he has children and he is not doing right .. go legal always so that you are covered.. and do nothing with the ssn number because it will land you in jail and give him the last laugh

Umm, there is plenty you can do with a SSN but I would not risk it because if you are found out you can go to jail and then he will definitely have the last laugh. I would just let it go, looking good and being happy is the best revenge.

File a 1040 tax form in his name and answer all the questions fifth amemment. The IRS will haunt him the rest of his life and you can sit back and enjoy.

Do not mess around with someone else's SSN. It's a federal crime and it will come back to bite you in the $#@. Also a restraining order is a two way street. If you start messing around in his business they will take away that restraining order. Count your blessings that you have one, get on with your lives and forget about him. If he does not honor the restraining order you can have him put in jail.

I'll be calling the cops on you if you did anything regarding this person's identity.

Grow up and put this sh*t behind you. You and your wife both sound like babies and will keep getting into trouble if you both don't grow up and quit acting like two year olds. I don't even want to ask how old you are. You probably had the call on child protective services coming. Grow up and get a life. You're ridiculous.

Been through plenty of CPS bull crap in the past with family. I too have thought 'wouldn't it be nice if..'. But in the long run the end result is not favorable.

The best revenge is living well!! It REALLY pisses them off!
