you will end up with a deficiency in some things if you only eat bread. you need a balanced diet.

Ok, if you WERE trying to get skinny, that's NOT the way to do it.
To stay healthy (which should be your main concern) try to eat a normal diet (fruits, veggies, plenty of fiber).
Also, what's the matter with your stomach?
Is it hurting when you eat?
If so, try over the counter stuff like gas-ex, tums, and mylanta.
If those don't ease the pain, call your doctor because you may have a blockage, or something may be wrong with your gall bladder. (that last one's REALLY not fun)
Email me if you have any questions or concerns, I think I might be able to get you plenty of info, and if not, at least reffer you top someone who can.
(also, try eating some smoothies. Those should be pretty easy on your tummy and are good for you. Try yogurts, non-acidic fruits, tomatoes and veggie-beef soup. <--that one always helps my stomach. If you want recipes just ask.)

You need to eat a balanced diet,otherwise you will get a deficiency of vitamins and minerals thus causing more problems.
Make an appointment with your Dr to discuss this, try drinking complan as a supplement in the meantime,bought from chemist

Of course it will hurt you - you are heading for malnutrition and a short life. If the things you eat other than bread are burgers and fast food I am not surprised it hurt your tummy. You need to eat fruit and vegetables andif you are not eating meat then you must find alternative sources of protein like eggs, nuts, tofu etc.

yes you need a variety of foods in diet. you will become deficient in vitamins and minerals. i dont think its what you are trying to become thin. many people when there stomach is upset can only eat bread. i do think you should go see the doctor.

If you ate good quality wholemeal bread you'd probably survive very well. Years ago there was a tv programme about someone who lived on just madeira cake and it was shown that it contained everything necessary to sustain life.

stop eating that junk from burger king eat natural God,s food, wholemeal bread is good for you. eat natural look at wild animals they never have heart attacks, cancer or anything they do not eat man made crap, eat fruit and good bread,
