When the web pages are larger( wider) than my pc screen, I have to navigate the horizontal arrow at the bottom of my pc screen. Is it possible for me to make an ajustment on my computer so that the web page that I am viewing can be the same size as my pc screen?

Change your resolution. On a PC:

Right-click on your desktop and go to Properties
- or go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Display

Go to the Settings tab
Dragging the slider further right will increase your monitor resolution. The higher the resolution, the more that will fit on the screen (obviously everything will be smaller though). Then hit Apply to preview the change; OK to exit the box.

when you design a web page, the size is based on pixels. A 15 inch screen measures, say 1024 x 768 pixels. A 19 inch screen measures 1280 x 1024 pixels. So a web page designed as 800 x 800 pixels will look much smaller on a 19 inch screen. Because pixel as a measuring unit will never change its physical size, just like 1 metre is always 100 centimetres. My suggestion is to base your measurements on the most popular screen size and centre your design.

this effect is common on many web pages, esp. blogs. there is not a way to change the way the text appears because on web pages this is how the page designer wrote it and in order to change this you would need to be able to change the wweb page yorself so that it was in normal page form.

I do however have a suggestion to help with your problem. If you would like the text in normal page format, then go to the very end of the very last line of the text and highlight the page and then right click and copy. Then go to your microsoft word and right clikc and paste and it should be in normal page format for you to read

This is pretty normal because webpage designer use different kinds of fonts, templates and other stuffs to make the page. There's no standard resolution for webpage. What you can do is increase or decrease the text size in your browser to make it fit on your screen.

You could set your screen resolution to a larger size (if your graphics card supports it and your monitor supports it.) You can change it by right clicking your desktop, choose properties, go to the settings tab, and drag the slider to a higher resolution.

You can't change the webpage, unfortunately.

You can change your screen resolution by right clicking on your desktop, then clicking properties and the resolution tab. :)
