If one apology letter to a family results in ..."WE DON'T ACCEPT LETTERS AS SUCH AND WE HAVE TAKEN OUT LEGAL PAPERS AGAINST YOU FOR WHA TWE THINK IS A LEGITIMATE CLAIM...... Will a second one that is more formal and has a lawyer's approval work ????
I had friends...we have not seen each other for 3 months and talk only on the phone for 2 minutes to ask a question or 2 related to willyou sue me or not....who felt that a minor mistake would pay them a great deal of money in court. They threatened me and extorted money to solve the problem. Luckily I told them I would countersue them and they backed away. Now they say I owe them a better and more formal apology and perhaps some kind of present etc to overcome what I did. I did nothing except be myself and make a mistake outside of the Hindu/Sihk religion. I learned that these people are stubborn, hot tempered, arrogant and self- centered people who onlly care about money and not you or anyone.Apology means little to them.
