They say moderation is good so is too much sex bad for you?

What are signs you get if you had too much sex for both women and men.

Well, I highly doubt if it is too bad for you. In fact, I believe it is very good for you. Not to sure about the signs but maybe a little soreness might be an indicator.

This question is different for men and women, both emotionally and physically.
Men usually enjoy as much sex as they can get as long as their dick can still get hard. It only becomes unpleasant once you get raw. Frequent ejaculation is a healthy for the prostate and the rise in heart rate is healthy as long as you are healthy.

Women usually like a little time between sessions and they tend to get raw a little sooner. There is nothing inherently unhealthy for either partner to have lots of sex.

No that's nonsence, on the contrary sex is a very vital part of Human Nature, it get's your endorphine's aroused, all your body parts moving, and releases tension for men & women.
I'm not sure there's a saying as too much sex! Unless you do it 6
times a day like I did with my ex-husband and he became raw.

I'd say you'd have to have a heck of a lot of sex to really cause you problems.....that is unless you're having rough sex. You could potentially get epidimitis from ejaculating too frquently.
ANy pain or dicomfort other than slight soreness should be a clue that you're gettting too much.

If things start to get "raw", take a break. Another good sign is if you lose your job from calling off for sex all the time.

Everything is good in moderation. Even hard drugs get boring after a while.

While sex won't kill you unless you get a disease/AIDS, to keep yourself interested, do it as much as you need to, not any more.
