When I was fourteen, I weighed about 95-98 pounds. Now, I'm fifteen, my periods have stopped, I'm 5'0" and weigh 81 pounds (last I checked...a few nights ago). I can see some of my ribs when I look in the mirror, and I've been told my numerous friends and family members that I should gain weight, because it's necessary for me at this age. Is this true? At this point, even if I'm not hungry (mostly all the time, because now I feel guilty for EVERYTHING I eat, whether it be three almonds, which I just had, or a fruit and I just don't feel hungry anymore), should I eat like a regular teen would?

eating regularly is very important but the things is what you eat. Have a healthy lifestyle eat all the veggies and fruits inthe right amount ,have whatever you like but in the limit .If you dont eat than your body will switch to starvation mode and use all the body fat youve got which is not good because it will affect your metabolism and you will feel tired very often. So eat healthyand exercise regularly and that will do the trick!
cheers!

You need to eat a healthy balanced diet. What you have done to yourself is starve until you no longer recognize the signals that you're hungry. Plus, because you are not getting the nutrients your body needs like calcium, it will take it from your bones and teeth. Guess what that means? Osteoporosis (brittle bones), just like old women get. Not having enough protein in your diet means your body has to go out to your organs to get it. So, your body is eating itself from the inside out. It's only a matter of time before your kidneys shut down, your liver fails and your heart stops. Get help now!! This is nothing to mess with if you'd like to live to see your sweet 16.

Well, if your periods have stopped, you know what's next! No breasts, and you'll grow hair. [to keep you warmer]
Thus, looking like a man without the penis.

You should eat if you're not hungry because I'm sure guilt is muhc better than death/anemia/fatigue.

I can also count my ribs, but I've been doing ab work outs for years, so I actually have muscle.

Stop counting those calories until you're at least 18 and or weigh a ton.

Count your weight in kilograms ;)

It sounds like you have an eating disorder and you need to go see a doctor now. I am so sick of girls whining about their weight!

You need to see a physician. From what you say, you appear to have signs of anorexia or bolimia and you should be treated and monitored by a specialist.
