I guess my body is just playing weird tricks on me, I am not sure. I went to the restroom and had more yellow tinged mucous ( I am assuming this is a piece of my mucous plug?) Was quite a bit but not the whole thing, anyways I started getting these really strange cramps in my back and my lower stomach almost in my pelvic area. I have had about 4 so far this hour and they dont stay long and are not regular but what the heck is going on? What is my body doing?

I would suggest you lay down and relax as much as you can. Wait and see if this pain continues and if it does you should just call your doctor's office and they will have a nurse contact you. There is always someone on call at an OB/GYN office. It could just be stronger braxton hicks contractions because they start to get stronger towards the end of pregnancy. They seem to hurt a little more when you are paying close attention to them or when you are worrying yourself.

You really should call the doctor to make sure he doesn't want you to be seen by someone right away. If you can't get ahold of him/her then I would sugest going to your local emergency department (they'll take one look at you at 33 weeks and send you straight to the maternity ward lol). Anyway it's better safe than sorry. You could just be having some braxton Hicks Contraction but then again you could be in labor considering how close you are babies born between 34 and 40 weeks are considered full term.

Have you been getting enough to drink? It could be braxton-hicks (warm-up) contractions or it could br real contractions brought on by dehydration. Try drinking several good size glasses of water and resting for a bit. If they start getting more painful/closer together, contact your doctor or midwife.
Tea, like coffee & pop, has a dehydrating effect, btw.

Passing your mucus plug is nothing to freak out about. It can start slowly coming out by way of leaking (which is what your case sounds like), or it can come out in one big chunk (ewww, gross, I know). Call your OB/GYN, but I'm pretty sure you can live w/o it for a while before the baby is born. Congrats!

Well could be braxtin hicks. If you have more then 6 per hour go to the ER and yes it was your mucos plug.

try having a pregnacy test. if you positive for pregnant then that would probably explain your problem. if not i would go to the local doctor to see if anything serious is going on. i would also keep it quite if your pregnant. been there, done that! its a hassle
