Believe it or not, Ray's Boathouse (the cafe, upstairs) has amazing hotwings.

My all time favorite is Hooters. I love the one on Lake Union. Great views (yes of the waterfront!!!) and the staff is particularly friendly. I always enjoy going there and have the wings and a cold beer while I watch my favorite game on the tube. There's convenient parking right there as well.

Depends.. how you like your wings? breaded and deep fried, just fried, any combo of the above and tossed with some kind've sauce. I personally hate wings that have been tossed in hot wing sauce...because the vinegar mix usually makes me gag...I like them spicy as hell but just deep fried and breaded. and in that case I really do like hooters or the garlic fried wings you find at most typical thai restraunts like King and I in Bellevue. However, I know Wingdome is a decent chain around here that has all types and they are quite good as well. The pubs are real good too like Gordon Biersch and Rock Bottom.
