How do you deel with this?

what do you do when a friend of yours said he would do one thing and then he dose it with some one else and this friend dose this a lot and you dont what to say anything that will make you feel like a jerk but no matter what you do someone will think this of you?

sounds like you are in a pickle i would just say roll with it there really isnt anything you can do now
