Look I dont now or will I ever support Sen Obama. I just need people to tell me what all the flash is about. and it kinda seems like ya'll will disagree with anything and everything I say.

He's a Democrat. I don't think he stands much of a chance of getting the nomination or if he should get it, winning the election. He hasn't done that much in Congress by way of introducing significant legislation in the whopping two years he's been in the Senate. I'm a Democrat and I say, he's not ready to be President. VP - possibly, but top of the ticket - no way. Depending upon whom the Republicans run, if Obama headed the ticket, I'd have to think about voting for a Republican for the first time in my life. But, I wouldn't vote for a Bush apologist and clone like John McCain - I've lost all respect for him.

I also like the fact that he's a democrat. Between him and Hillary, they will split the Democrat vote, meaning that there will be a Republican in the White House in 2008.

That He is shooting himself in the foot. He voted to not require medical care is an aborted baby survived. Not many agree to support withholding care from an infant.That is one of dozens of mistakes he has made - get an electable candidate.
