from my experience when we feel something is missing in our relationship we blame the other.
but mostly it is something within ourselves that we dont want to own or cant identify with.
it is just easier to blame the partner.
look deeper with in yourself first before you point the finger.
i dont mean this in a mean way either, only you can make you happy.

You need to go to marriage counseling. I think you're being a little selfish. You need to find out what his needs are and what you are doing to be destructive in this relationship. There's something you're doing to push him away. "Call it quits?" You obviously seem to think that marriage is disposable. Sure, call it quits, why not? Because someone isn't giving YOU what YOU want? You need to take a long, hard look at your relationship and figure out what YOU are doing wrong. It's not just him. It takes two in a marriage. It's not about you anymore once two people are married. It's "us." If there's a proble, you need to talk to him CALMLY about it instead of complaining about what he's not giving you. I'm sure there are things that you aren't giving him. I think the missing link here is that you two need to deal with this and quit blaming each other.

No one else will love you like him? He takes care of you when you are sick and looking like hell? Everything is right there! So what are you looking for? You are just bored and "it" can't be "all" of his fault! Don't give up too soon! He could be snatched up in no time!

What is missing lies within you. Nobody can be everything to anybody. Some people just never appreciate what they have. I'm looking for a man like that!

Stay and tell him what's missing. Give him a chance to fill the hole.
