I do believe Bush is still in office, because he was elected by the majority of voters.

There are only two relevant questions here:
- Why was he elected twice?
- Why has he not been impeached?

Clearly he was elected the second time, because the republican machine was able to manipulate the public with fear and because John Kerry blew two or three key things.

But one of the biggest reason he is in office is because young people like most of you do not listen and participate in the process. You may have an opinion here, but many of you stay away from the polls. We need you to get our country back on track. Its not just a bunch of old grey men...its your future too..... Participate!

1. He won a second term in 2004. He leaves office in January of 2009. Try and read the Constitution.

Why shouldn't he be in office? He did win the presidential elections, not once, but twice. He hasn't broken any laws. He in no way has stepped beyond the boundaries of being Commander in Chief. Just because he's made some decisions that you don't agree with, doesn't mean he shouldn't be in office. This country voted for him because they trusted him to make decisions for the best interest of this country. He's doing his job to the best of his intentions. You probably won't agree with me, and will give me thumbs down. But I know in 30 years, I'll be glad I believed in him for the sake of this country's future.

I have to say that this is one of the stupidest questions I have seen in a long time.
The answer is obvious-- he won the re-election, therefore he will serve another term. A third grader could tell you that.

Why not? I'm sick of whiny Americans showing our leader no respect. People hear others making fun of Bush or talking down on him, and they follow along. I wanna hear a reason why Bush is a poor president. And don't give me some whiny liberal crap.

After Americans vote, they feel they aren't responsible for the actions of what their elected president takes. There is more to freedom than just voting, which it seems many Americans have forgotten.

Well if you have a legal reason to impeach him, why haven't the Democrats done it?

He is doing an excellent job.
