ok well basically i just beeen having these pregnancy symptoms..everything down to weight gain!!! i been eating pretty much the same and im not taking birth control so theres no reason for the weight gain to happen..and i never have been pregnant so i dont know what kicks feel like but i swear to god i think im feeling them..they feel hard and then im having trouble breathing and stuff like my bodys cramping together..and lately i been feeling like tightening of my muscles on my sides..like right above my vagina.hopefully not to explicit..but i read that pre contractions are called braxton hicks..i only get them a few times a day like no more then 5 to 10..but the kicker is THE LAST TIME I HAD SEX WAS JUNE 22 OF 2006!!! and ive had a period the entire time..im very emotional and ive had the worst heartburn in my life. my boobs are at least a size biggerr, and when i stand up i guess you can say ''i look'' pregnant..people ask me and i dont know what to say..what do you think?? thanks.

Dear Britt, I don't know how old you are but you sound young so I'm going to assume the reason you haven't seen a doctor or taken a test is because you are afraid. Despite some of the other answers - YES, you could most definitely be pregnant. Every year I hear at least one story on the news about some lady giving birth without having any prior knowledge of the pregnancy. My guess is that this isn't something you just thought about but is something that has been eating at you for some time. If you conceived on June 22, 2006, your due date is March 15th. As scared as I can imagine you are, you MUST see a doctor! If you're afraid to tell anyone then I would suggest that you tell either your school nurse, or a trusted adult. There is all kinds of no cost help for pregnant women, you can either search the web for your local planned parenthood, or this information can be found in a phone book. If you are not pregnant, there are other conditions that can produce similar symptoms to pregnancy, such as ovarian tumors and cysts. Again, please do whatever it takes to see a doctor right away! God bless.

Well to me it very much sounds like you are pregnant and to be sure you need to take an at home pregnancy test are see your doctor because if you are you need to take vitamins and get regular checkups to make sure the baby is OK. Early stages when the baby starts to move it feels like you have butterflies in your stomach. But now that you are approximately 7 months pregnant from your calculations you could be having braxton hicks formally known as premature labor now which they can stop sometimes but you will need to see a doctor to be sure. GOOD LUCK.

My guess would be that no you are not pregnant. The reason for the weight gain could be that even though you still eat the same things, your metabolism could have slowed down. The pains could be irratable bowel sydrom, which mainly means a very upset digestive system with cramps and gas pains. If you got pregnant from your last sexual encounter, you would be 7 months pregnant. Believe me, you would have noticed a lot sooner than this, hunnie.

If you have all these symptoms why haven't you gone to the doctor or taken a pregnancy test? Get your but down to the store and get a test. It is highly unlikely that you have been pregnant this long and did not know it. However, it has happened. Especially among young girls who are in total denial. So, run to the store, take the test and if you're pregnant get your butt to a doctor.

ummmmm
TAKE A TEST
if the last time you had sex was in June which resulted in pregnancy, than you should be 6 months pregnant. You should've taken the test back in July...
go to the discount store, those work great!! I get my tests for 99 cents.

Ok, you should probably just go see your doctor and either take a pregnancy test or an ultrascan, not asking people online whether your pregnant or not. Get out and solve the question on your own.

Go to see a doctor and have a pregnancy test. If you are not pregnant something else is going on.
