I would pick Nicole. Paris is way too full of herself and seems to get a thrill out of walking all over as many people as she can. For her I wish she would bloat up about 50 lbs and maybe she would become a little more humble. Then again 50 lbs would probably make her look normal. Nicole on the other hand knows what its like to be looked at a little less favorably when she was heavier and so because of this she is a little more humble. She also been able to hang onto the same guy for what a year now. What's Paris's record, 5 months. You also dont' see Nicole all up in peoples face flaunting herself. I think she would be far more sensitive and open to having meaningfull relationships.

I would pick Nicole Richie as a friend coz she is straight to the point, she doesnt beat around the bush and paris hilton on the other hand would be the type to be nice to your face but ***** about you behind your back and if ur getting more attention then her, the claws come out !!!!

I'd pick Taylor and Jolyssah over any possible friends. I don't think I would get a nice enough friendship over Paris and Nicole. They're really crazy, I couldn't be able to pick Nicole because she was charged of DUI, and Paris cusses a lot.
