Is there anywhere besides ebay that sells the usb data cable for nextel phones and the cds that have all the ringtones and wallpapers for nextel? I don't trust ebay and my friend told me that they sell the cables at the nextel stores but they are expensive and then there's all kinds of drivers and software that you have to download to your computer. Is there somewhere that sells the cds with the drivers included and can you get a set (cable and cd together)?

First of all your friend sounds like they're holding out on you. LOL. Ebay is trustworthy, you just have to know how to "ebay". You must look at the sellers feedback and make sure that the description includes OEM or Manufacturer or Motorola somewhere in the description.
example: "You are bidding on a Motorola Data cable for ...." and then your phone model should be listed.
Feedback is a way for ebay to show the ebay community what the seller is all about. If you click on the sellers feedback and they have bad feedback from ebayers that have good feedback (50 or more) then you should be warry.
Buying OEM anything from a certified nextel dealer is gonna cost ya at least double what it's worth, so in my suggestion it's a great deal when you buy on ebay.
Now as far as the software, that's simple. Just go to the website I provided below and follow the instructions Harry gives you to a "T".... and I mean it, follow his EXACT instructions..... Don't worry about viruses or spam either, I've used his website numerous times. If you read everything you should be fine ok?
