this is part of relign so please dont be negative and by cool i mean is it okay as in should this person get married also in the relign all you do is sign marage liscence and then u are married after that u have a big party and if u are not ready to live with the husband u can stay with your parents until u ready

I think that you should wait until you get older. If it's true love than it will last and if he really loves you, he will wait until you are ready.

No, you're not mature enough yet and don't know who you are. I was in love at 16 and ended up marrying a different person 4 years later. How long have you two been dating? Don't rush into this, you're too young, still in high school and you'll be divorced in a matter of months. You might as well wait, or else hire a divorce attorney before your wedding.

16 is not an age for getting married to anyone!!!
If you are in love, then that boy or girl can surely wait till you are 18 to marry. For yourself, take the time to grow up and experience life before marriage. If you dont, then you will regret it, its a proven fact. Look in the marriage records and see what the longest marriage in todays life actually lasts and see if you really want to waste your youth and become someone you are not ready to be.

Cool? I don't think so. How can someone at 16 yrs. old make a commitment for the rest of your life? There is a lot of exciting things out there in this world waiting for you to experience so you can grow into the wise adult you are destined to be. Marriage puts a damper on that at such a young age.

Well really not really cool ...let me say cause I think they should at least finish school and that is a very young age to become married ...I think they both have not even lived much and need to do some other things besides being Mr and Mrs too young....when you marry that young it usually does not last....take care

no way. if you do u will make a big mistake. thats what my sisters friend did. she was 18 and married a 16 year old. they were divorced within a matter of a few months. and besides you wont be able to date anybody else. you can't really break up with your husband/wife very easily.

In canada it is that you can not get married to a child under the age of 18 with out your parents say that it is ok
