If you mean USB flash drives, I would say Lexar & Sandisk.

if you are asking about usb flash drive, i have two Sandisk, put one at home, and carry another one with me everyday. using them for few months already and still keep using, no problem at all. i would recommend it, but it is not necessary to be the best, nothing is best, i never see one product have perfect reviews. just buy one with reasonable price, now the USB drive is not expensive at all. Kingston is also good, 2GB for under $30 at JR. Good luck

Personally, I think they're all the same. It's just a matter of the size and price ratio. Get one while they're on sale or something.
