most definatley NOT!!!!! never...u never no what they will do...done even ask a stupid question like that..u shudnt spank them either.....only lightley on the hand

Why would you let anyone (including yourself) spank your kids. There are other strategies which work when it comes to behaviour (i.e. rewarding good behaviour, strong moral grounding etc).
It sounds like some ground rules and boundaries need to be set for behaviour at your friends house. Ensure the kids know how they can and cannot behave; these setting of boundaries could be done together with your friend - and make sure that the kids are involved in setting them too (as boundaries set by kids are usually not stepped over, they will come up with ideas such as "no swearing/hitting etc.")

No. Besides my being against corporal punishment, I strongly advise against friends spanking kids that are not their own can lead to a big legal mess. Anyone could call the authorities on whoever is spanking someone else's kids.
If your kids need discipline and you're not there, or vise versa, use alternative forms of punishment.

no one. Physical discipline s/b performed by the parents. Its hard enough for the child to understand as it is. And i must add,
that if you have not gotten a handle on your child by pschyological discipline at an early age then it is unfortunate that you have to use physical discipline. I would very seriously consider some other form of shaping your child into a civilized human being.

NO! that is something a PARENT should do! have her put those kids in timeout or make them sit in a corner for 10-15 minutes.
