I wouldn't say "torn apart", but yeah, I've had trouble deciding on a few ocassions. Yahoo should let you split the point into two sections of 5, or allow you to give an additional 5 pts for a second answer.

Yes, a lot of times. Sometimes, the best answer quota, the person's profile or something helps me figgure it out. For example, if someone answers my question well but gives a lot of BS answers, I might choose the other person who is more serious about y! answers. That being said, it really depends on the question.
