you dont get "loose" no matter what it is a mis conception. a term used to describe a girl that has sex alot. you get loose to a certin extent but about a day or so after intercourse you tighten back up.

They're muscles. As such, they tighten and loosen.
But the only thing that slackens things up down there (usually temporarily) is giving birth. After birth, women have to rest and heal up because the birth canal got all stretched out to accommodate the baby coming out. Sometimes, they get torn or get an episiotomy to make the opening larger.
Try Kegel exercises. Basically, you tighten the pubococcygeal muscles (PC) like you're stopping your urine flow. There are also cones or inserts to strengthen your vaginal muscles. It's good for women who have issues with incontinence, as well.
