If your speaking Of President Clinton, Clinton would not have Ignored the PDB given to Bush that was called "terrorist determined to attack the USA". In that PDB Bush was told they would use hi_jac planes and that the Terrorist were already in the USA. Clinton was 100 times smarter than Bush and Cheney both.. I don't think Clinton would have been stupid like Bush and call a daily briefing from the CIA and FBI a "Historical Report" as Rice said Bush called the report in Congress. Did you know Bush, Rice, Cheney and Laura all hid in a bunker while Richard Clark ran the situation room for them. Clinton would not have been such a Coward as Rice and Cheney were.

Clinton would not have ordered the military to stand down like Cheney did, would not have put children at risk staying at that school, and he would have held the military responsible for the failure that 9/11 was, not rewarded the failures that bush has.
