WITH SPANISH OR ANY BODY ELSE WHO KNOWS HOW DO I PUT~ ON TOP OF THE LETTER N LIKE FOR EXAMPLE YEAR IN SPANISH IS ANO BUT THAT WORD MEANS ANAL IF I DON'T PUT ~ ON TOP so how can i do that

go to Start menu, click Run, type in charmap.exe and you will be able to find the symbol you are looking for and copy it to the clipboard.

For Windows, click on the Start button in the lower left.
Choose "Run..."
In the box, type in: charmap

Click okay/run

Select the character you want.
