Yeah, I think we've all gone through that stage sometime in our lives. But then I realize that I have a long time to go before I die, and circumstances change all the time, and I have a chance to make it change for the better....
But is a scary thing, I think it's not knowing what's after it.
....But- in short. yeaaah. =D

Every day I feel that way. Some days are worse then others, while some are better. I think the older I get the less scared I get of dying. I have always felt that the way I will die is when I kill myself, or having a heart attack or a stroke. It's odd because I am a nurse, and I know what to look for in someone with depression. I guess when someone like myself suffers from chronic clinical depression, you just learn how to deal with it and you try to pick yourself up and go on another day.

Here is your answer: I want you to go to your school or local library and check out some books on building healthy self esteem. Your father's disapproval and obvious exclusion of you (in the rides to school) is a form of emotional abuse. And because you are abused you constantly suffer from low self esteem and you find inappropriate ways of getting attention (like getting in trouble) at school. So, declare your independence from Dad's abuse. Take out the books, read them, take the quizzes and test yourself. Then continue to read the books and learn how to assert yourself in healthy ways. Didn't anyone ever tell you that you have rights? You have a right to your opinion, your own feelings, your own space and your own possessions. And if you want to take a long shower, you've got the right to do that, too. So, stop this self-loathing crap and start to help yourself to stand up for yourself! Don't be a door mat all your life and don't blow up and have temper tantrums or get in trouble...just stay calm and take control. I wish you all the best.

Yes actually, I have. Scary, but true. It's like being stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I'm not afraid of dying.
If I'm scared of anything, it would be of not living enough each day and not reaching my potential.
