I am talking about The Mc Naught Comet which seems to be seen from everywhere....

Generally, no you cannot see it from there. It sets before the sun and rises after it in the northern hemisphere, and it's no longer bright enough to be seen during the daytime. You are out of luck unless you get on a flight to australia or some such pretty quickly.
