I got a Samsung A670 phone and the buttons will not work. I can receive calls (all I have to do to receive a call is flip open the folder) but I cannot send any out or anything because the buttons won't work. I cannot even turn up or down the volume on the side.

I have a different Samsung, but not long ago I had something like that happen, and it turned out the battery was too low (even though the indicator didn't show that).

Also, sometimes when cell phones act "crazy" if you shut them off, remove the battery, replace it, and turn them back on again all is straightened out. (I think if you leave them on without shutting them off for too long a period of time they may do a similiar thing as computers do after a while, which is to get kind of "mucked up". I could be wrong, but that's how it seems to me.)
