Yes, people get offended.

Odd really, seeing as men and women are very different and are supposed to be that way.

That does not make one better or worse, but people find it hard to separate comparation and competition, for want of a better way of putting it.

I find it offensive.. if I date a man and he expects me to be emotional, over talkitive or moody, or manipulativ.e.... then I just break up with him. Some people get so caught up in the comparision of men and women that they just expect you to be this person, without giving you a chnace

Men and women are different in certain areas, but as long as there's no discrimination or insults, I can't see how this is offensive. our bodies are simply better suited for different biological roles.
