I would say write her a letter and send it to her house. Tell her what she does, how she does it and how it affects you. Tell her that you've lost any ounce of respect you once had for her as a friend because of her behavior. Letters are very effective modes of communication because even though the recipient can crumple it and throw it away...they cannot interrupt you or walk away. Trust me even though she can turnaround and continue to be mean...it will have affected her deep inside....which is obviously where her hurt comes from and that is how she chooses to deal with it by being mean. When a person CHOOSES to be unkind/mean they are displaying themselves at their weakest moment. I used to tell this guy who chose to be a sarcastic jerk to everyone around..."Hey Steve, you're insecurity is showing." I never called him a jerk or cursed at him...what could he say to that statement. But I know deep inside it made him think. Maybe the next time she is cruel...tell her the same. I would say for you and the other two people to just ignore her and distance yourselves permanently. "Draw your line in the sand" is my phrase for put your foot down and set your limits on toxic people.

I really believe the only way to handle this is to be as kind, caring and hard working as you can. Let your actions do the talking. Don't under any circumstances involve yourself with gossip, even if you have before and someone tries to start it up again, just say "I've moved beyond that" or "It's not worth my energy to worry about it"... Stay positive and ignore ignore ignore any negativity. Practice deep breathing and remember your better than that. May the force be with you!

If she keeps talking to u ignore her. Eventually she will understand why nobody wants to talk to her. I hope this helped. If u have to work with her, ignore her unkind remarks.

wow, u can change and give her an attitude adjustment somehow.
Be nice to her no matter what and she all the love will rub off and
she will start to be nice to u all.
Give her compliments, and smile.
Life is too short to not try.
Most of all pray for her.
