This question makes no sense.

What are you trying to do with the matrix?
Also, it might help if you wrote the matrix a different way like
-5 3 0 4
2 3 1 2
6 7 3 0
1 5 3 0 2
I noticed that the last line has five numbers. There should only be four numbers.

Yup, you have 4 numbers there, but they don't make a 4 x 4 matrix. Unless you add a lot of zeros, the best you can do is a 2 x 2.
