It's like all of the men said. I bought a bike with a 96 cubic inch (about 1580 cc) engine. I changed the pipes, adding a few horsepower. I put on a racing tuner, which increase it about 20 horse. Then there are other little tweaks that happen to it. None of these things changed the size of the engine. The typical 96 ci Harley runs around 63 horsepower. By doing simple math, I'd make a guess that you have less than ten- probably 5 horsepower on your 90 cc engine. My old 70 cc ran about 5. you may be able to do a search online to get horsepower for your particular bike.
