My mp4 has been stopping in the first ten seconds of every song. I dont know what is wrong with it and would like to know how to stop this. Anyone know how?

you probably have it on intro mode
i did that with mine, it plays the first 10 sec and goes on to the next song
Look in the owners manual how to turn it off
if you dont have one, look online, just type in your model of the mp4 player in google. U will find one.

First check if the batterys are still good, and check if the disc isn't scratched. If that doesn't work use the owner's manual. If that doesn't work check online and type the name of your model in google. If all else fails call technical support.
