What ever happened to the singer Billy Squier? I loved his music back in the day and I never hear anything about him anymore, does he still do music? married?kids? retired? Steve Perry too from Journey-anyone know what happened to him. Brings back some good memories!

Squier is producing. His career really hit a slump after that video for his song, Rock Me Tonight came out and he was dancing around like a dork. Dunno about his personal life.
Steve Perry was back on tour with the original Journey a few years back but tix sales suxed so they cancelled the tour.

In 2006, Squier joined Rod Argent, Richard Marx, Edgar Winter, and Sheila E touring with Ringo Starr & His All Starr Band. all I can find.

He did suffer a tremendous blow after the Rock me Tonight with him admitting that it killed his career. He blames the director and the director denies blame. Don t feel too bad though, he currently has a net worth of 40 million dollar, moved into a very nice place in the forest, came to peace with himself through meditation and eastern philosophy and has continuously written, produced and performed the music he wants to play without the outside pressure to have to be commercially successful. As with all of us, sometime you have to lose everything to find what you have been searching for all along.
