Khakis with a nice solid color button up shirt, maybe a tie.
Full formal would be like a suit/tux, such as prom.

as a teenage girl, i think you should just go for the basic look. meaning, a nice dress shirt, dressy pants nice shoes. well you get the point. it's not like it's prom or anything

black pants, buttoned shirt, if you have a date weare a tie if not dont, go for black pants with gray striped girs like that, buttoned shirt go for w.e color you want
