I bought myself a parachute, out of army'n'navy for a tenner, and i am gonna try an electric pylon, in the back field near are house. If this jump comes, of i may go for something a bit higher.
Is there any Base jumpers out there can give me some tips?

You start by doing tandem skydives and work your way towards solo skydives. Depending on where you live its a course and 5 jumps within a month I have heard (NOT sure on that). Then I was told that you need a hundred solo jumps before most people recommend taking your first base jump. Solo sky diving gets a lot cheaper when you are not tandem and pack your own chute. I am not an expert I was just in a similar situation as you and did some research into it and that is what I came up with. Hope it helped and I am not relaying you poor information.

Wrong place to be asking this kind of question. But just for the record, stay clear of the electric pylon. You aren't exactly insulated and using an old ten quid parachute isn't exactly the best thing to leave your life in the hands of either.

An electric pylon is a bad idea because it gets wider nearer the bottom so you will have to jump further also try something bigger and try jumping nto the sea on your first go. and buy a better parachute

Pylon sounds like a good'un to start with. Get your mates to film it on their phone and post it up on youtube.

I'm no basejumper, but shouldn't you do skydiving before progressing to basejumping?

Start jumping from one brick, then two bricks, and so on.
