Why do women blink twice as much as men?

In the discovery channel they told me that women blink their eyes twice the times men do why??

Because they are more likely to lie. Blinking is one of the telltale signs of lying. ;)

Where did you hear that? That is false! Men and women blink at the same rate when awake; about 8 times a minute.

Because they don't take the time to do it right the first time.
