Thanks for the clip but no where in the interview did T R ask for the remedy you are suggesting. Not to mention it clears up the fact that Isaiah did not lie. He never called T R a name. He was talking to Patrick and T R was listening in on the conversation. So, at least we nknow that it was not used in a derogatory manner. By that I mean, it was not used in a malicious way to hurt T R. It was used in a flippant almost casual way. It happens all the time. I am sure he has been referred to using the "N" word in his life and I am just guessing it did not get this sort of attention. I grew up in a different world from you, or so it seems, but; words are just words, and names are just names. I had a fight with a guy over the word "boy", that is what we were at the time. We wound up at my house eating pizza afterwards. Why? It is just a word and it doesn't always mean what you think it means. The "n" word is used by black people all over the country as a joke and as a term of endearment. Are those people wrong for using the word to make others laugh or feel closer to them? I think not. I have heard gays use the idiom in guestion in the same manner. Is that wrong? I think not. When it gets down to it the statement of Isaiah Washington is true. T R is gay. So, what of it? I have black friends and gay friends and all kinds of friends, but; they are friends, and in the heat of an argument words may pass and names may flow but I care for them just the same. I would hope they feel the same. People who keep dwelling on this subject need to forgive and forget. It is not a right or wrong thing anymore. It is now a relative worth thing. In the whole of all things done or said is this realing such a defining moment? I don't see it. Move on.

I thought T.R. was sooo adorable and i love how humble he is. I don't think they should fire Isiah...only because I think all the characters on the grey's anatomy are dynamic attributes to the show and besides he's already made himself look incredibly bad.

Yes I think that Isiah should be fired. If someone had used the "N" word, Al Sharp ton would be giving interviews demanding that the person be fired. He's a bigot.
