There have been rumors that Tendulkar have agreed to take over captaincy if the selectors decide to give it to him. In other words, he is prepared for captaincy. I've heard even ESPN Sportscentre have covered this news. Have anyone else heard about it ?

If you remember Sachin step down of captancy of his own. Nobody asked him to go or shown mistrust about his leadership qualities. It was his bad luck that he was against world beating Steave Waugh team and again from Indian side he was the only performing man (remember our best test batsman Rahul Drawid was a serious failure in that series about 100 runs in 6 innings) s the result was 3-0 whitewash. Sachin took the moral responsibility and step down. Making way fro Saurav (I think the best ever Leader/ captain India ever prodused) Saurav was also lucky since he got performing team under his leadership look the same Drawid's performance in the series againse Australia in Australia under leadership of Saurav (1-1 series draw). So the point is not who will captain India it is the performance of the entire team which yeild good results, even you made Dhoni as captain and team is performing it will be good and if team is not performing then even Steve waugh if made captain of the side it will not work. So I think one must think about team performance not about the individuals

The West Indians are in India and India will beat them comprehensively and that will take away some of the heat of Rahul, but the selector's are justified the best player of the world tendulkar to lead this side before the World Cup. Rahul is a ***** cat

he's proficient participant yet out of style like sehwag. He should be rested for couple of sequence. Its no longer rumor selectors requested sachin for vice captain interest, he instantly away regularly occurring the concept. further additionally they provided captaincy after international cup. which will understand the body of minds of Indian cricket board selectors about coming international cup. they don't seem to be confident Rahul Dravid can win the international cup ?

Sachin is a great player....
Nobody can argue about that,But dravid is by far the best techinically perfect man to lead the team.Nobody in this world has better cricketting knowledge than dravid.So stop trying to critise him,If nobody in the team is performing the basics right,then even the GOD will not be able make INDIA win in the upcoming matches.
This is the message to indian team players
Stop doing Ads.........IF you perform for india......then monety will automatically come to u.
Play for INDIA.......Not for MONEY
If they do this nobody in this world can ever beat india...
