just a yes or no is all i need. no explanations needed either. I think it canbe reduced but not elimated but im not sure

For what your thinking of, you're right. Friction between 2 surfaces can be reduced, but not eliminated.

When you're talking about microscopic systems, what you mean by friction gets a bit fuzzy, so the answer isn't as clear when you have things like superfluidity. But anyway that's probably not what you're asking.

yes. A Superfluid has no friction. there are other interesting super-states as well...see the link

Yes, -- just separate the two surfaces with a vacuum. Use magnetism to separate the surfaces.
